Question from Mary Temperton to the Leader, Paul Bettison:

“In the last ten years has the Labour group ever not been totally committed to the  redevelopment of the Bracknell Town Centre?”

Leaders reply “Not just ten years, but for twenty. The Labour group has always been totally supportive.”

Mary : “Then the statement ‘Only the conservatives stayed committed to the vision of a new town centre’ in your local manifesto is a lie?”

Total silence – no denial
