Wilf Holness

Wilf moved to Bracknell in 1982 with 3M for whom he worked for 31 years. He has enjoyed serving Crown Wood as a Town Councillor for the past twelve years.

I do enjoy meeting people in the community and listening to your concerns. This is especially inspiring when one is in a position to offer assistance.

Wilf is now serving his fourth term on the Board of Governors at Crown Wood School. Supporting all its activities, he takes pride in its achievements.

I enjoy working with children because our future will certainly depend on the quality of opportunity and education we offer them.

Associated with East Hampstead Baptist Church, Wilford has been a part of its activities within the community and is very pleased of its inclusiveness and support for all.

Active in Bracknell Twinning Association, Wilford has been to Leverkusen, the twinning town in Germany. A firm believer in building relationships, he is proud of what the association has achieved through various forms of exchanges.

Finally, Wilford believes in the building of a vibrant community and to this effect, he is committed to play his part in achieving it.
